Sales and listings of area resale properties are down compared to last October and also in a year-to-date
comparison, according to the Windsor Essex County Real Estate Board.
Listings were down 10.29 per cent in October compared to last October and they are down by 4.05 per cent in a year-to-date
comparison.
Sales were down 13.3 per cent compared to last October and by 5.4 per cent through the first 10 months of this year compared
to the same period in 2007.
The average sales price year-to-date is $162,701.
In 2007, the year-to-date average was $163,026
